Does Google have any plans to allow users to designate the heirs to their accounts?

I just read "What Google+ do with a deceased user?" It seems to me that it would be logical for Google to allow users to designate who would inherit their various Google accounts upon proof of death. Does Google have any plans to add this to our various Google settings?
