When my phone uploads mobile pics, it says  "Keokuk, Illinois"

  The problem is the only Keokuk is in Iowa. 

I understand the GPS reads me as hamilton, illinois when i'm inside my house, as i am only about 1000 feet from the mississippi river that seperates keokuk from hamilton, but i use my wireless network on my phone to upload pics.

Other locations work fine, it just says I'm in a nonexistant Keokuk Illinois when I upload
