I have a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx and I run Google+ with Instant Upload turned on. In the past, it has worked like a charm, and all the photos I take appear in my Google+/Picasa account within minutes.

Today (and apparently for the past several days), my photos have failed to upload. I have not changed any settings. So, I went into the app and did a 'force' instant upload, telling it to upload all now. It uploaded 2 more photos and stopped. There are still dozens missing. I tried running it again and, within seconds, it said that the Instant Upload was complete. Dozens of photos are still missing.

I cleaned up my phone, deleting dozens of photos that had already successfully uploaded, and tried a manual instant upload again. Still, dozens of photos are missing, and no more were added.

Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know a solution?
