I am not aware of any length limit over on YouTube. There are lots of HOA's over 2 hours long. Here is one that is 4 hours long. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42KgeU9Nm4w

YouTube does have a 20Gb file size limit for uploads. I do not know if this holds true for HOA's? But a 360 pixel resolution video would have to be really really long to reach 20Gb.
