OK. this is what I got so far

Using image editor Paint.net (free download I think)

I imported the image but in stead of resizing it, I draged the cornet to make the picture smaller, thus retaining the pixels per inch. I then cut off the heading as you should not have words in a pic (Google can't index it that way and.. you can type them in, in any case.
So, then I saved the pic in PNG.
Using it in SB works 100% untill.... you use SB to rezise the pic ! then the SB engine has a dificulty to render the pic. So, if it is the correct size, use the attached. If not, either duplicate my steps or let me know what the correct size will be and I will experiment on my side. (ps .. to get the size you require, insert pic in SB and the click on pic, using the SB to resize (even if it goes out of focus), get it to fit to the page (remember that the heading still needs to be added) and look at the size display in the little slider where you resize the picture - note: the width may be OK but the hight should also be checked !
