I did an MX record lookup on rkmdelhi.org (using http://www.mxtoolbox.com/) and there is a bad entry included in the list.  In addition, they are not setup as Google specifies and are missing most of the entries specified.  Fix your MX records and you'll start to receive your e-mail.
