thanks for your ideas and suggestions. but i have tried all this already and i think it's not the solution.

i also tried sending mails from iPhone with German T-Mobile card and also with a factory unlocked iPhone with o2 sim card.
of course all mails from the iPhones end up in the spam folder.

on the other hand, i have tried the Mail program from my iMac and MacBook Pro from static and dynamic IP adresses and in all cases it was the same.

only where it worked was over the web interface of MobileMe which i think we all use least of the cases.

any further suggestions?

this problem is really killing me.
