I've had very poor performance from gMail for a couple of weeks - it's taking about 12 seconds to load a simple, text-only email. The poor performance is consistent on Mac and Windows, different versions of Firefox and Safari, WiFi and 100Base T, safe mode, no extensions, cleared cache, and cookies, etc., etc. Mail loads slowly on my iPhone, as well. All apps on all computers access the internet with no problems. Speedtest.net shows 15.74 up, 2.54 down, and 6 MS ping time (download's a little slow today).
I've posted my issue in a new thread and have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps but the problem persists.
How do I go about getting someone from Google to troubleshoot my issue?
