Some needs to sit down and explain what this is. Holding a user's entire account hostage does not sit well with anyone. Especially for such a worthless piece of information. Demand for 'government ID' and credit card information to restore an account held hostage? Blackmail? Extortion? I'm not sure how to properly voice this rage. And frankly, I do not care. I am addressing nothing but a fleet of robots.

If any robot is capable of explaining the justification for this, I would expect them to try, but essentially there is no explanation that will suffice.
