I have just wasted some time trying to find how to edit contacts. When I finally found an answer in help, the info was:
To edit or delete a contact, open your Contacts list by clicking Mail on the left side of the page, then choosing Contacts.

Even this is not correct as there is no label "Mail" - it is "Gmail" to be precise and I thought that is what computing is all about.
Then there is the indirect way of getting back to the inbox.

There seems to be so much of the woods that one can not see the trees.... I use email and all the other "chat" business is pretty useless. Maybe others would also like to see a slimmer system.

Thanks for the facility and for Picasa, which I do use to a great extent.
