Hi. We run a business and use gmail to receive orders from our customers. We have Mozilla set up with FiltaQuilla (or something like that) to automatically print the ones coming from one of our big customers. It has been working great, but today we received an old test email from February. In the email programs it just looks like it says 'test', but when it started printing we realized it's 600 pages, with a record of most of the work orders we've received and a bunch of what I guess are failed server look-ups in between. On top of that, it printed despite apparently being sent from an address (one of ours) that wasn't listed in the 'to-print' filter. I checked the account activity log, but it's all from this PC and the boss's blackberry. Does this sound like a glitch or some sort of intrusion? And of course, what do I do?
