@hurdingkatz--thanks for the information.  Although I know she is extremely cautious about that sort of thing (me too!), how do we get to the credit card transaction or ID verification option?  We submitted her email address, but it didn't ask for a credit card or ID verification...  I feel like we get sent around the website in an infinite loop.  :-(
