I've tried everything but I can't get to the multi-question page.

Maybe we're in different parts of the world and looking at different versions of Google because the page you gave me asks 'I don't know my password' and after Captcha there's no 'Verify your identity' at the bottom.

Is ther a more direct way of getting to the multi-question page?
