Account Access and Safety
I setup my 12 year old daughters account that she's be using for over a year and I did not lie about her age. Google did not ask. Clearly they are using registration for Google+ to retroactively age-check. Google can't rely on condescending and inaccurate answers from "top contributors" like wdurham. Google should do better than this, and owes these kids (and their parents) some explanation and path to restore their online histories and identities.
