My computer was hacked and my anti-virus states the problem is within my email accounts....I need to delete my entire inboxes so Lenovo can restore my computer.

I switched back to Chrome because they said you can actually speak to a person......I will let them know they were misinformed.  I Firefox, and you cannot speak to a person.   Besides the computer was hack on 9/21 through my gmail account.  So I went back to Chrome since it was through your email service I received Trojan viruses and was hacked on 9/21/2011.  I have 2 email accounts with you I don't understand the new  gmail and I have been attempting to delete emails one by one for over a week now!
