ok so I disabled POP/IMAP also deleted those accounts from the iPhone but everything is still going to trash..

could it be the filters? i'm daunted by the thought of deleting them.. is there a way to switch off filters temporarily without deleting? couldn't find a way... also are there any other suggestions? i'll leave IMAP disabled for the next 24hrs but will need to set that back up so I can get my emails on the go..
