Ah, but their can't be an "ignore them" policy.  the googlelord has assured his stockholders that they are giving us prompt explanations.  I know he would never lie in a stockholder report.
Then again, he did also say that if I tried chrome I would "never go back" Chrome has two major problems that make it out of the question for me.  I have tried it multiple times, and I have "gone back" every time.  Yes, I have reported those problems (along with loads of other users) and I can only guess that I missed the part where google fixed the problems promptly, or where they explained why they wouldn't.
The words sure sound inspiring, until you know how much of it is a flat out lie.
