Hi there

On the 27th of May I recieved a phone call from my friend dodg...@googlemail.com who told me he had recieved an email from my account telling him that I was stuck in another country and I needed him to send me money. This is of course not true and when I tried to log in to my account later that day the password had changed.

I attempted to change the password and google sent the email to an address ending in @aol.com. Im assuming this was my backup email address when I created my gmail account. I no longer have access to this **...@aol.com account as that was nearly 5 years a go and I have forgotten the username. My secret question which I was able to answer 24 hours later is "What is your library card number?". I have sadly no idea what the answer to this is either as I no longer have my library card from college and after ringing the school they apparently don't keep the records of the previous students library details.

Being unable to answer my secret question or check the email that was sent to my old *...@aol.com account,  I tried using the account recovery form. I have sent in multiple forms now and they have all been rejected. The references to these are: [#636042626], [#636237422] and [#636703359].

Because of this I am now stuck and have no idea how I am able to get my account back. Is it possible for a google company employee to check my account and look at the 'sent' mails? By doing this I would assume that it would be pretty obvious my account has been hacked.

If not would it be possible to change the backup email address to tbhh...@yahoo.com so that I am able to reset the password? I have had my gmail account for 5ish years now and have grown quite attached to it. All my websites such as Facebook, paypal and eBay are linked to it so I am quite keen to do all I can to get it back.

My google account that I am 100% sure has been hacked is hanno...@gmail.com. If you are able to help in anyway I would really appreciate it. Thankyou very much for your time,

Thomas Hannon
