7 days and still nothing happens to my wife account, no response. She lost every important services she's using. Her google voice number, videos she uploaded on youtube, emails and contact sync, photos on picasa and google plus. All gone without warning. Hard part is we dont know whats the reason or what we did wrong. I hope its not to late and google can still restore her account. It is really hard to be dependent on one service provider and suddenly taken away. I hope someone from google can take a look on this.
