This new look didn't do much more than make people have to re-learn something they already knew how to do.  Roll your cursor over one of the fancy new action button/images (which are NOT intuitive, at least to non-nerds)and you get a text explanation of what it is supposed to do.  WOW! The programmer is demonstrating that he can write HTML!  Why the he*l didn't you include the text label below the image in the first place so I didn't have to roll the cursor over it to see what it did?  Waste of time making these changes as far as most people are concerned.
