How did the Google Employee indicate you could provide an ID?

 

I am asking for two reasons.

 

In some countries it is illegal to transmit an official ID of any kind via any sort of electronic manner, like a fax machine.

 

In some countries there are definite time limits on how long a company can retain such information in thier files.

 

I just looked for a page on Google's policy on either of those above and found nothing. It must be there, but I can't find it. But the response you have there, CopyLion, should include a link to where that policy is spelled out. It better.
