Are you entering your name in a single script, or in mixed scripts? We only support a single script in the "name" field right now. If you are trying to mix English names with Pinyin, this may be causing your problem.

Please use a single script of your choice for the profile name field, and you can enter names in other scripts through the "Other names" field.
