My wife has forgot the password to the gmail account she created to activate her android phone. After many attempts we clicked on the assisted recovery support (which charges 3$). We thought expensive but ok. Upon procceding for paying the 3$ it redirects to google checkout where it needs credentials!!! IF WE REMEMBERED THE CREDENTIALS we wouln't need assisted recovery in the first place!!! It's ridiculous enough that in order to post a post about forgotten passoword we need to login!
So, how does she pay the 3$ when she can't have access to google checkout as she doesn't remember the password?
