Have you received any replies from Google to the submissions, even the automated acknowledgements?

I would suggest that if it's been more than 48 hours with no reply to submit the account recovery form again.  Also, be SURE you are using a valid e-mail address (not receiving an initial acknowledgment of submission is a clue you might not have used a valid address) and check the spam/junk label in case anything was miss-filtered.
