This has been going on really long, yet so many people have reported it. Please could we have an informative update and estimate fix date? Totally understand you can't 'guarantee' a date, but could you suggest one? By Google's usual standards, proposing Firefox / Chrome is a weak solution - you can't blame customers for questioning motives! I am considering re-igniting my hotmail account - may be full of spam, but at least it functions!
