You can setup Google Calendar Sync on a PC to sync Outlook to a Google calendar. It polls and won't update more often than once every 10 minutes. Far less elegant and reliable than just storing everything on Exchange. Still deciding whether to send this one back, it is definitely inadequate as a business phone.
