Re: Why does the new look of gmail "trim" all signatures at the end (even when not a signature block)? It's crazy.

Reading and Receiving Messages
What was once a simple, awesome webmail application that everyone flocked to and they enjoyed using all day, every day.....has become a webmail application that annoys, aggravates, and frustrates its users.
It makes its end users wonder WHO is running the show over there.
It makes you wonder if anyone at Gmail really "cares" about their end users and their user experience using Gmail.
It makes you wonder how much they really care & listen to end users about an application that they spend ALOT of time logged into....every single day.
The new Gmail and many new "enhancements" make you wonder what other webmail applications may be worth switching to and avoid such ridiculous and time-consuming headaches that has become the "new" Gmail.
Let me quote some intelligent folks who summarize Google's refusal to listen to their REAL users into simple, brief statements :
>>> Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.
>>> Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.
>>> The single most important thing to remember about any enterprise is that there are no results inside its walls. The result of a business is a satisfied customer.
>>> When the customer comes first, the customer will last.
>>> If you’re not serving the customer, you’d better be serving someone who is.
>>> The golden rule for every business is this: “Put yourself in your customer’s shoes."
