O2 have been useless. I cannot add a certain gmail address to my Blackberry Curve 9360. As soon as I connect one specific gmail address with the BB I immediately get an "action required" email telling me to turn on IMAP within gmail. It is enabled. I have been able to add another gmail address all with the exact details and settings other than the username and password. O2 have come to the conclusion that this is Google's issue and has nothing to do with them. It's taken them 10 weeks, a replacement SIM card and a replacement Curve to come to this conclusion. What do I do?! O2 won't even swap the phone to another make/model as in their eyes the phone is working . Any suggestions? |
