I can see the "Accounts & Sync" option on A3.2. Anyway, the name is not that important. you should look for a settings page that looks like this (click on images to enlarge): ![]()

and make sure that your account is added and sync is checked. Also, if you've changed your password recently, you'll have to update that on your device.
