Hi Lucia - Thanks for looking up the problem.

I had also Googled for Error 403 but was not happy with the answers, hence I posted the problem here. I have been viewing images by others on Picasa Web Albums and had never encountered such an error message before. I have started getting such an error message in the e-mail notifications ever since we have switched over to new format  I never faced this problem in the notifications from earlier BBS format of GEC. It could be due to fact that not many posters were earlier using Picasaweb 

Here is a partial list of notification in which I got error which will show that it limited to just one poster.

Oz - F&G - A Big Tree - Error
Oz - F&G - Yellow, and black, and pale - Error
Oz - F&G - Watching an old movie can inspire an F&G puzzle - Error
Utapao - F&G - A Big Tree - Error
Farceur - F&G - A Big Tree - Error
Walter - F&G - Yellow, and black, and pale - No Error

While I was compiling above list I found another interesting phenomenon. If I open the GEC post I could see all the images in the GEC post and thereafter I could view the images in the mail notification also without any error message.

Being Curious, I then viewed the mail in my laptop and again got error. However the moment I opened the OP in the laptop, the image appeared in the mail without any problem.

I have a gut feeling that this problem is not due to quota but something else.

Can you please make a temporary new post with an image either in this group or F&G or even in "Experimental and Temporary", so that I can check and report back this problem to you. Thanks

I also wonder if any other member is also facing such a problem. Could it be limited to those who have Yahoo account?
