I think I'm glad to see the GEC back, but I having a passel of problems. Here are a few: 1) I read that somebody said that they liked the new editing tool. I can't find it, either in any of my old posts or in a new post I just made in the E&T forum. Can somebody tell me where to find it? (I know I can't replace an attachment yet, but I supposed the text of the post could be edited.) 2) The new forums don't seem capable of displaying Unicode. Here's a snippet from a recent post that showed Japanese name in the original, plus a macron to show the correct pronunciation with roman characters: The posts that are written only in Japanese display pure gibberish, and when they are translated into English, I find identical gibberish. Here's a snippet from a post made in 2008 that does display Unicode characters:  3) None of my network link files or download link files work now, because the URL's have all been changed. My question is, when I am able to edit these files, will the URL's be stable, or will I have to edit links every time I replace a linked to file?
