I would love some clarification on this as well.  The Google Earth gadget code used to work perfectly, and now I can't get it to work. It's been awhile since I've used it- but I could have sworn I just added the code to any HTML page and it worked, no modification needed. Now I just get a blank page (?) I am not using a Google Site, so the steegle instructions don't apply (just trying to add it to my own web-page).  Any help greatly appreciated!  Also noticed all my old Google Earth gadgets no longer work - AARGH!: http://www.grandcanyonvirtualtour.com/_tours/all_trails.html
