Hi
The
approximate
date is in the lower left hand corner.
Google uses the best images it has
on average
they are 3 years old. Please see this for additional information

Also Google never lets on when it will update an area
There could be newer images in the historical Images

Kindly note that Google Earth does not cover all dates and times with in the historical images
