If you have deleted the kmz on your own computer, it won't show as removed until the layers have been updated, and I'm not sure when that will happen next.

However, as a Moderator on the Google Earth Community I can remove your post on the Google Earth forum, which will also result in the kmz being removed from Google Earth (but we don't yet have the ability to do that as we have recently moved to a new operating system and the move feature is still being tested).

I have made a note to move your post as soon as I can.
