Hi, if by images you mean satellite or aerial images, no, most of the images are one to three years old, not live.  See Understanding Google Earth imagery.

You can track the vehicle by GPS, see these sections in the help center: With your GPS.  The last one on "Importing" contains information about real time tracking.
