I downloaded the new Chrome version 13.0.782.112, then load studio.doubleclick.net, login. and they works. so, its not a Chrome issue or im really cool!:D
Try this:
Maybe the chrome don't close the last session of Google account, you can go to http://www.google.com/ and sign out you account if appear in the upper bar.
If you delete the cache and don't work, perhaps you have a proxy or server connection and his data is not updated.
