One way you can test it, is uploading the creative to the studio then go to the preview,  go below to more actions send a preview link to yourself, when you are viewing the preview link change the "preview on:"  from default to other site and use this links:

To align Right

http://motifcdn2.doubleclick.net/NAM/placeholders/300x250_RightAlign.html

To align Left

http://motifcdn2.doubleclick.net/NAM/placeholders/300x250_LeftAlign.html

It should work.
