I'm Graham, and I'm pleased to welcome you to to the Rich Media forum, as well as the wonderful world of DoubleClick Studio (unless you found us of your own accord, in which case, you can click on "Rich Media home" in the upper left hand corner to check out DoubleClick Studio).
This forum is here to foster conversation as well as provide help to folks who are having trouble - if you see somebody with a problem you can solve, help them out! We can't promise you shiny prizes, but if you are consistently helpful you will be rewarded within the confines of this forum.
We Googlers will be keeping an eye on things, but if you have an urgent question, or ANY question related to a specific campaign, you shouldn't post it here - reach out to a Rich Media representative or use the "Contact Us" form in the Help Center.
