In the OH for dynamic ads, DCStudio states: "You must have access to DoubleClick Studio version 2 components as well as Dynamic Enabler version 2.0.2 or higher to use RMDA."

The only download link for Dynamic Enabler is here but this is an old version and doesn't work with Studio 2.

How can we use this functionality for our clients if the required components aren't available? Any help?
