Hi everyone,

I use gogdocs daily to run my business, but i have some problem or maybe feature that i still not understand how to run it,
1. I want to link one sheet to another sheet, so the case is : sheet A contain data of my goods stock, sheet B contain the sales notes. so what i really want to ask is, how to make each sheet connected to each other. For instance, if i sell one unit of IPHONE 4S to customer, then sales notes in B will record that " 1 Unit iPHONE 4S SOLD", what i want is, in the same time when the sales notes record that one IPHONE 4S is sold, the data of IPHONE 4S stock in sheet A automatically changed. Did anyone know how to do this?
2. I try to make a Drop Box by using Data Validation and it appears as list of data every time i click the box, my question is, can we have more than one Drop Box in one cell?

I really appreciate for whoever that will answer my question, any suggestion please tell me,
