Unfortunately, I am spreadsheet function-illiterate. I tried to deconstruct how to apply this to my spreadsheet of form input, but couldn't figure it out.

A little tutorial would be nice :) I'm not going to ask you do this, but maybe I need to take a function-101 course :)
