Google Drive Sync Issue

I have Google Drive setup on two computers with the same account.  My laptop is setup and everything has synced without any issues.  My desktop will not sync and Google Drive application has an issue and closes.  Anyone have the same issue?  Can Google Drive we used on two different computers with the same account?
