The interface does not offer that specific listing. It is really an omission on the GDocs side.
If one goes to the little down-arrow at the right end of the search box then one sees under Visibility 4 options: public on the web, anyone with the link, private, and not shared. Unfortunately, "private" here means anything that is not public on the web or shared anyone with the link. Private includes items that are shared to named individuals and items that are not shared at all. I think that it would be better if the listing options were mutually exclusive, so that instead of the "private" option there was an option to list items that are "privately shared".
As OP knows, but I repeat it, one can look for items shared with a specific person; search for to:xyz where xyz is an email address. |
