* Does clearing your cookies help?

* Do you have any extensions installed?

* A couple of users have mentioned that when they are logged into their computers as Admins they're able to use docs but in non-admin profiles, they can't. Is that the case for everyone? 

Dziegman, are you logged in with an admin profile on your computer? Also, can you tell me the name of the item you shared with the docssupport email address so that I can look for it? (Or share the URL here, if its privately shared others won't be able to access it).
