Can formulas be inserted into a google form - not the resulting spreadsheet - the actual form?

Our family hosts a charity Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving.  I created a google form for registration which is embedded in our website. There is a point in the form people state the # of shirts they want to order.  There is a $15 minimum donation to advance reserve a shirt.  I have a field for total amt owed, which the person registering has to calculate (i.e. 3 shirts x $15 = $45)  Is there a way to have a formula inserted in the form so the multiplication is done for them, to avoid errors?  Just after that is the option to give an additional donation.  I'd like to insert a formula to add the total owed for shirts to the additional donation amount.

Sorry for seeming ignorant.  I work with excel quite a bit and google spreadsheets and know how to get formulas in the spreadsheets - just don't know how to have it be on the form.

Thanks for your help.

Here is the form link:  Feel free to make suggestions on how to improve it.  I know it is very rudimentary, but don't have the time to figure out how to finesse it.
