I have created a spread sheet to track bid and sales orders.

I am the owner and have shared the spread sheet with a few other other accounts

Only one account has the ability to edit

When I log in now to the owner account my options are limited -

For instance - the only drop downs i can use are "edit" "insert" and "format' - "File" "View" "data" "tools" and "help" are gray and inaccessable

The ability to add a text backround is also broken

any ideas?
