That's a very valid point you make, but it's also futile. If some malicious 'friend' wants to expose your document to crawlers (s)he can always copy the contents and put the copy on a public, webpage the spiders can access. 

Google should rather work on methods that make it harder to copy a published web page than just make it easier to expose them.
