I've got identical 728x90 ad units running on the top and bottom of a page.  Prior to April, the impression count ratio between the top and bottom units was approximately 1:1.  Since April, however, the impression ratio is now about 4:1 between the top and bottom units.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
