Can the Google custom search API be used to query Google news (news.google.com)?  For example, I would like to query news.google.com with the search terms Senegal and Wade and get the stories that have appeared in Google news during the last 24 hours containing these search terms.  Google has already identified the urls of credible news sources, and I want to piggy back my query on this effort.
