On the Indexing page in the Control Panel, there isn't an "On-demand indexing using individual URLs" option.  Instead, I see three bold titles: Specific URLs, URLs linked from a page, URLs in a sitemap. Not one of these is clickable or has any related options that I could use to take action.  See attached.  What happened to these options?  Why aren't they available?
